Notes on Language and Artificial Intelligence is a scholarly blog dedicated to short analytical observations in linguistics and computational approaches to language. The focus lies primarily on language and Turkish dialects in North Macedonia and the broader contact varieties of the region, while also addressing general questions in linguistics, corpus studies, and artificial intelligence.
The blog is structured in a serial format based on an annual volume system. Each calendar year constitutes one volume. Individual entries within each volume are numbered sequentially in the form I(1), I(2), I(3) and so on for the first year, II(1), II(2) for the second year, and so forth.
The aim of this format is to provide a stable and citable structure for short research notes. Each entry is intended to function as an independent analytical unit while remaining part of a cumulative scholarly record.
The blog is multilingual. Contributions may appear in English, Turkish, or Macedonian depending on the linguistic material and analytical context. This reflects the empirical nature of the work and the multilingual environment in which the data is situated.
The overall purpose of Notes on Language and Artificial Intelligence is to document, analyze, and reflect on linguistic phenomena and computational perspectives in a concise and academically oriented format.
