My name is Dr. Oktay AHMED. Currently I am an Assistant Professor at Department of Turkish Language and Literature, Faculty of Philology, University of "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, Macedonia.

My current research interests include:
- morphosyntax
- universal morphology
- corpus linguistics
- sociolinguistics
- phraseology.

I am also a poet, writer and freelance translator.
